passed out the e-mail for all departments; drown up the new strategies and new
rules for the New Fiscal Year.

7 - Next week, I will have some kick off meetings about the new project.
It will burn me down 2 or 3 days in the week. So, I will call off my English
classes. I should have to spell out many intructions to my staff board and tide up all stuffs to these
meetings before I set up with them. I
know that will be a stressful week!!!

8 - I arrived today late, because I staid hold off by the Metro. As you know, Metro in São Paulo is
super crowed in the mornings. Some moments
I almost felt by passengers; When I filled in my way, I had dropped by to
bakery to buy something to the breakfast.
I use
to have my breakfast at the office all mornings.

9 - Please try on this buffet salad. It`s terrific! I am thinking about
to set up a diet. I have to cut off some fat and caloric foods from my diet.
The problem is: I always ran into the temptation to eat sweets and chocolates every
time. I have to give up been a sock
potato and start up make gym or work out after my job. I am a kind of lazy person, and disgust the idea
about dress up that gym apperals and attend by 2 or 3 times a week into a club or
academy gym with that pump up people running, sweeping and fitness all the
time. It is to awful for me!
